Mary and Michele are both Doctors of Pharmacy and educators with over 50 years of combined healthcare experience. They continue to empower youth to explore job options within healthcare. They are board-certified pharmacists and have published over 300 articles. This passion project combines both Mary and Michele’s love for reading books, their love of science, and their dedication to medical careers, and helping kids demystify the medical profession. They have spoken to a wide range of audiences, from elementary school aged children to adults, inspiring new generations of healthcare professionals. Mary and Michele both live in New York City. They love mentoring young adults, visiting schools and presenting to kids of all ages. Their first book, aptly titled, Healthcare Heroes: The Medical Careers Guide is an easy-to-read primer on healthcare professions and has been referred to as “a kid’s personal career fair.”
