As director of Yoga Child Gail looks forward to facilitating the annual Yoga Child Teacher Training program, (held in Philadelphia) in which she teaches interested adults, practitioners, and aspiring practitioners how to teach yoga and mindfulness to children. Gail has traveled nationally and internationally to share her work, her books, and to facilitate mindfulness based educational conferences. Prior to immersing herself in yoga and writing, Gail was an attorney, specializing in children’s advocacy law. Gail lives and breathes (sometimes with ease) alongside her husband, three children and one very unpredictable cat.
