Retired teacher, grandma and author, Deborah C. Aalbers, delights in crafting whimsical tales that bring joy and laughter to young hearts. She's all about the giggles, understanding that sharing laughs over a funny picture book strengthens the connection between children and their peers, as well as the bond between children and their parents. With over twenty years of experience in early childhood education, Deborah intimately understands the challenges and joys of raising and educating young children. Her debut masterpiece, "Moos, Mud, Mayhem!", is a riot loved by both 4 to 7-year-olds and their parents. Starring five hilariously mischievous cows, it offers a delightful escape from the everyday chaos. Deborah draws inspiration from her great love for animals and nature, infusing her tales with warmth and relatability. With her inviting storytelling style, Deborah welcomes families to embark on a magical journey of imagination and discovery. 

With her marvellous and wonderfully supportive husband, feisty Australian Shepherd, and two purr-fect cats, Deborah currently calls Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore home.
